Artist's Comments
First of my completed "Littles" when it comes to Slipknot members. This one is of Slipknot singer, Corey Taylor, and was created for a client.
He is an 18" cloth-vinyl doll with poseable arms and legs and blue eyes which open and close. He has acrylic hair which I wefted myself, and it is glued to the scalp. He wears a dress shirt with non-functioning buttons and cargo pants. His shirt has the Slipknot insignia patches which were created by hand and machine embroidery. He also wears hand-crafted checkered deck shoes. His mask is made from sculpey and is painted with acrylic, fabric paints, and glaze. It is held on by an elastic band.
