Dupioni silk gown created for my American Girl doll, Elizabeth, who's story takes place during 1774.
The dress has beaded trim along the edges of bodice and skirt. Petticoat has knife pleats along the hem and a 36" sweep. Stomacher is accented with satin ribbon and vintage imitation pearls. A pinner cap completes her look. Yes, it's elaborate and it took forever  |
